Information Collected on the Mobile Application

• Email Address: Collected when you sign up to create an account.
• Date of Birth (age verification): Temporarily collected during account creation for age verification. We retain only your birth year and do not store your full date of birth.
• Anonymous Username: Automatically generated for you. You are not asked for your real name, phone number, or other identifying details.
• User-Generated Content: Progress logs, goal updates, or other posts you choose to share within the App.
• Usage Data & Analytics: We collect limited usage and diagnostic information to understand how the App is used and to improve stability and performance. This may include session duration, feature usage, login frequency, general performance metrics, and crash or error reports (which may include device model, operating system, and app version). This data is not used to directly identify individual users.

Information Collected on the Websites

When you visit our websites, we may collect the following information:

• Cookies & Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect limited usage information about how visitors interact with our websites. This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies and may include pages visited, session duration, general usage patterns, device and browser information, and approximate location (e.g., country or region). This data is used in aggregate and is not intended to directly identify individual users.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information (such as your email address and retained birth year) from our systems, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

We retain analytics and usage information collected through our Service as follows:

• Mobile App Analytics (Firebase Analytics): Data collected through the App is stored according to Firebase’s retention policies, generally up to 14 months by default, and is used in aggregate to improve app performance and stability. This data is not used to directly identify individual users.
• Website Analytics (Google Analytics): Data is stored according to Google’s retention policies, generally up to 14 months by default, and is used in aggregate to analyze website usage. We do not use this data to directly identify individual users. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 16, we will delete that information promptly.

Third-Party Services on the Mobile Application

• Firebase: We use Firebase Analytics to collect usage and diagnostic information to understand how the app is used and to improve performance and stability. This information may include app interactions, feature usage, session duration, device model, operating system, and app version. Firebase Analytics does not use browser cookies. Data is collected through the app’s SDK and is used in aggregate to improve the app. We do not use this data to directly identify individual users. • OpenAI: We use OpenAI’s content moderation services to automatically review user-generated content for the purpose of enforcing our community standards and preventing prohibited or unsafe content. This processing is automated and limited to content submitted by users. Third-Party Services on the Websites

• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google processes information collected through cookies and similar technologies on our behalf to help us understand website usage. Google may process this information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. We configure Google Analytics to collect only the data necessary for analytics purposes and do not use it to directly identify individual users. • Tally: If you provide your email address to us through our website waitlist form, we use Tally to store email addresses. Tally is only given access to the minimum information necessary to perform its functions and is not permitted to use it for other purposes. If you access the App outside of the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
