Introduction

Welcome to Laraloop™ (by Claribee LLC)! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Laraloop™ mobile application (the “App”) and related services such as our websites (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Claribee LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

• When you register, you provide your email address and a date of birth for age verification. Your username is automatically generated to preserve anonymity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
• You agree not to impersonate others, misuse your account, or use the App in ways that could compromise the privacy or anonymity of other users.

User Content

• You may create and post progress updates, goal logs, and other content (“User Content”).
• You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and share your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise violates these Terms. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to User Content that violates our policies or applicable laws. Content may be reviewed using automated tools to help enforce these rules.
• Use of Waitlist Form: If you voluntarily submit your email address through our website waitlist form, you consent to receive communications regarding the App launch and related updates. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these communications.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
• Post content that infringes on the rights of others (including intellectual property rights).
• Spam or promote spam.
• Post fraudulent or misleading content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

Use of Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers, including OpenAI, Tally, Google Analytics, and Firebase Analytics, to operate and improve our Service. These providers are only given access to the information necessary to perform their functions and are not permitted to use it for other purposes. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers, and you acknowledge that any data submitted may be processed in accordance with their policies. Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interests in the App (excluding User Content) are owned by Laraloop™ (by Claribee LLC).
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We make no warranties or guarantees that the App will always be safe, secure, or error-free.
• We are not responsible for any loss or harm caused by your reliance on content within the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laraloop™ (by Claribee LLC) and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App. You may also delete your account at any time.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
